DPPS
The Delos Postural Proprioceptive System software [DPPS 4.0] is the management software of the system. It allows to perform five tests able to assess the mono and bipodalic postural stability and the risk of fall, quantifying the precaution, proprioceptive, visual and vestibular strategies. The tests are the followings: - Stabilometrico bipodalic Test: it’s important to assess the bipodalic postural stability in different sensorial conditions and it’s able to quantify if the subject has to use the hands support to maintain the bipodalic stance; it can be performed also by subjects with low levels of motricity. – Static Riva Test (monopodali): it’s fundamental to assess the motricity level in the antigravity movements (to walk, to climb and to get down the stairs, etc), the risk of fall and the visual dependence – Dynamic Riva Test (monopodalic): it assess the efficiency of the visual-proprioceptive system from which the quality of the antigravity movements depends on (from the simplest to the more complexes). It’s particularly suitable for the assessment of knee and ankle functional stability in the capsular-ligaments traumas, for the prevention of the traumas and for the competitive advantage that allows to the athletes in all the terrestrial disciplines. - Dynamic Riva Test seated: it assess the functional stability of the rachis - Fukuda-Alpini Test: it assess the relationship of head-trunk stability and if misalignment is present among the two segments during the stepping. It’s a very sensitive test to be used in the neurological and otoneurological pathologies, in the cranio-cervical traumas, in the cranio-cervico-mandibular syndrome. The Delos system is based on one or more postural readers [DVC] with feedback visualization [posturogramme] and on the electronic rocking board [DEB] that allows to hook the subcorticals centers of the subject to the visual tracking shown in real time on the screen. Such hookup induces proprioceptives flows at high frequency able to reprogram the postural control and movement system. The operator can choose among over 100 automatic work protocols and among a lot of default sessions based on the pathology or on the training demand of the athlete. Over 40 courses and tasks exist and are modifiable. It’s possible to build a rehabilitation program and a personal training or to modify one of those that already exists. Based on several data in over 10 years of research and system application, the program allows the interpretation of the results with automatic reports, without particular operator’s competences that can add to the report some comments and indications. The Archive section can manage at the same time separate files for pathology, rehabilitation protocol, operator etc, also on different PC online.

DEB
It’s the first electronic rolling-rocking board with visual tracking of the micro translations of the point of support. His exclusive rolling-rocking movement, with the visual subcortical tracking in real time, creates the conditions of instability at high frequency, that determines a “flow of visual-proprioceptive signals”.

DVC
It is the postural reader that discovers the levels of the subject’s stability in static and dynamic, monopodalic, bipodalic and seated conditions. It records and visualizes in real time the movements of the trunk (or the body segment it’s applied to) on the X-Y planes.

DAD
It optimizes the use of the Delos devices. The monitor and the keyboard tops and the hand support bar, all adjustable in height, make it immediately adaptable to patients and operators of different morphological characteristics and to different functional demands of test and/or training/rehabilitation.

DPB
It allows tests and specific training seated on DEB for the monitoring and the trophyc-functional reactivation of the stabilizing muscles of the spine, the abdomen and the scapulo-thoracic joint. The support surface, adjustable in vertical sense, allows the correct positioning of the board to work with the feet not on the ground.

DPA
It’s the portable version of DAD. It maintains the same characteristics of adaptability of the hand support bar, thanks to the telescopic system of vertical positioning.

DEBLight
It’s the light version of the DEB: it maintains the same biomechanics characteristics and it allows the same typologies of job in monopodalic stance. It has a simplified software for an intuitive use. Thanks to the reduced dimensions (18x32 cm), DEBLight is manageable, of easy transport and particularly suitable in paediatric age.
