In Rome the 21st-22nd of October 2006 we are planning the following event about which we will give further information in the next: 2° Seminar of theoretical-practical training for the certification of Delos Certified Experts. It’s an occasion of theoretical-practical study for the users of Delos methodology. The participants' number is limited to the number of personal computer (with Delos software installed) available into the structure with 1:2 (max 2 operating for pc). The participants will have the possibility to bring the personal instruments (DEB and DVC) and connect them to the available PC of the center. For a limited number of cases it will be possible to use their own personal portable computer (if equipped with the last version of the software). Due to the limited number of places, the precedence will be given to those people that arrive from centers with the most complete level of instruments and then according to registration date. The final assessment tests (for people who desires to get the certification) will be developed on the base of a questionnaire and a series of real clinical cases sent for e-mail. The theoretical part will consist in a questionnaire with open and close questions. The practical part will include the issue of reports about some clinical cases (the patient clinical data and their tests carried out with Delos instruments will be send for e-mail) and the intervention proposal (choices of the work strategy, sequence of protocols to be used, number of sessions, control's test to be used, etc) on a trace-guide that will be given. For medical professionalisms that don't directly use the instruments it will be possible to produce reports and job’s proposals in collaboration with the therapist or with the graduate on motor sciences. In such case the assessment will be reported to both (the number of reports to be sent will be double). The proposal of clinical cases will consider the specialistic context in which the single professional works (for instance in ORL field, etc).

Consensus conference: in the same occasion it will take place a Consensus conference in order to define the themes of the future training course, the assessment criterions for the definition of Deloses Certified Experts and the requisite to become Delos Certified Instructors.
Groups of job on specific matters: will be activated in order to publish on internet in the next future a special list of centers and operators with specialization in sectors and/or specific pathologies. |
